1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account & Security
Each user may only open one account, and creating multiple accounts carries the risk of all of them being terminated. You are solely responsible for all transactions carried out through your account, unless it is proven that the transaction occurred due to a technical error on our part. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and we only accept approved payment methods. Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits apply in accordance with the platform's guidelines. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 24–72 hours after the verification process. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any transaction if fraudulent activity is suspected. Deposited funds will only be returned to the account from which they were sent. If an event is cancelled, postponed, or its outcome is uncertain, we will make a decision in accordance with prevailing industry standards. Placing the same bet from multiple accounts on the same event, or syndicate betting, is strictly prohibited. In the event of any dispute related to betting, the ruling of jaya bet's authority shall be considered final and binding.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses and promotional offers have their own terms and conditions, which must be read carefully before accepting them. Specific wagering requirements must be met in order to withdraw bonus funds as cash. If the same person attempts to claim bonuses using multiple accounts, all accounts will be permanently closed. 7. User Conduct

8. Limitation of Liability
Jaya bet provides its services on an "as is" basis, and our liability for any loss caused by technical disruptions is limited. 9. Account Closure & Suspension

Upon account closure, any verified balance will be refunded through the designated process, though this does not apply in cases of fraud. We reserve the right to apply an inactivity fee to accounts that have been dormant for an extended period.
